Noticed this on Mars and Palavan. I would have a squad mate apply a squad ammo power, but it would not take effect everyone. Sometimes it wouldn't go on my gun, other times it wouldn't go on the other squad member. Switch guns and try applying if, it works, then switch back, it still won't work on that gun that I tried to apply it on first.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't tried the squad ammo powers, but I have noticed problems with other skills which are supposed to give squad bonuses to health, power damage, etc., but don't work. It seems there are problems with a lot of squad-based skills.
