 So I'm an Adept not too far long into the game and I can't use abiltiies at all. I'm on NG+.
I'm playing an Adept so basically this is making my character completely unplayable.

I've loaded the career before I started this one and the abiltiies worked perfectly with no trouble what so ever. I can however use Unity, but all the abilities in my HUD aside from that one are completely missing and I can use all of my team mates abilities.

I've tried a few things, like restart origin, loading other saves, and deleting Local_Profile.sav,
Do I have to restart from the beginning? It was working up until I saved it last night.
