Im just curious if anyone els feels the same way i do. Because I feel that should have been there for people who wanted it, to be with the person you got so emotionailly attached to.

Yes, you and most of the other people here.

Personally, I'd love for it to be an option; it makes sense. However, it should be very challenging to get. Maybe you need a very high number of War Assets, and/or certain side-missions must be completed before the final run, etc.

Getting everyone out alive after the Suicide Mission in ME2 should be a cakewalk compared to what you have to do for the 100% happy ending in ME3

I want it as an option, yes, but 100%? No.

I was under the impression that's what most people were fighting for.

I'd say this one goes without saying.

Most.

We wanted this for ME2, after ME2 ended we wanted this for ME3. What did we get?

i did get that ending...

i destroyed the reapers. search and rescue crews saved shepard who was still alive on the citadel.
normandy and crew crashed on sur'kesh (which is easily within FTL distance). they fixed up the normandy and flew back to earth, took awhile. while shepard recovered in a hospital on earth and started helping oversee the rebuilding process.

I wanted it, wouldn't have spent as much time raising War points if I'd known that it wasn't an ending, I probably would've gone in as soon as I could assault TIM's base. Instead I got a generic explosion.

Actually, to be honest, I didn't really care so much about this aspect ... at first.

But, honestly, after reading how important this is to an overwhelming majority of people here, I started to think more on it. And it would be nice to have the option. Why the hell not?

If that was Mass Effect to you, it should be your choice to have that ending.

That's one of the main reasons I'm pissed at the ending, I just want my Shepard to be with Miranda I fought for her in the second game and this one. Why can't we do that?

You can get this ending if you want to. It's all in your head :)

I want to be with the Normandy and crew. It started that way, it should end that way.

Yes. That's certainly not all I want from the ending, but it's a big part of it.

That should be an option. I really personally want this.

The current ending should be an option.

The reapers winning could be an option, hell, I don't care.

I just want actual choices! Not "Red, green, or blue?"

Could it be a solid option? Absolutely.

Is it required? Absolutely not. A largely catastrophic ending could still be awesome. As long as its done well and makes sense.

I wanted so bad to have an ending where my Shep and Kaidan walked off into the sunset together. Especially after how much work you have to put in to finally get his trust back and get into a proper relationship.

I agree, it started on the Normandy and it should end there.

As the others have said, it shouldn't be mandatory. That would just be forcing it upon people who would not like that ending or like the current ones. Should it be added though as an option? yes!

Staying alive with Ghost Thane?
I'd have to pass.  But if they did it, I wouldn't be opposed.

ETA:  Maybe some acknowledgement to Thane before Shep dies or something, I would be cool with.

That was my first grip with the ending.

Then the absolute nonsense of the whole Catalyst BS came down upon us, and that's my main problem now.

But yeah, I want my Shep to have turian babies.
