 So, I was happily playing Mass Effect Multiplayer, getting torn to shreds as I tried my recently unlocked Asari Adept. Then as the game ended, a glitch happened...

First was the N7 Special Operations message, the one new players get when they open multiplayer for the first time, along with directing me to the store. While I was in the store, I could see the lobby behind it. As if I was in both at the same time. I reclaimed the two free packs (Starter and Battlefield 3) and then I quit multiplayer. When I logged right back in, everything was gone.

I spend 800 bioware points on spectre (4) and veteran (2) packs. Now, as if that wasn't strange enough, I can still play as my Asari Adept, even though it's locked when I view her in the menu.

On account of the other topic; I ordered my game the 7th March, two days before the Europe release date, 9th March. Yet still, no items was made available to me when I began playing. I figured I might as well clap these two things together while I'm at it.

So.. Any help?

P.S I ordered Mass Effect over Origin ^^

 It's a bug that they are aware of and that is all that has been said officially.  Plenty of unsatisfied customers that have lost items, time, and money on it.  Don't bother contacting EA support because they are stupendously unhelpful and will ultimately just tell you to post to the forums about it.

A shame. Now I just hope my money won't go to waste... And I'm still awaiting my Pre-order items.. Oh well, Bioware is working on it, and I got the patience. Still haven't beaten the story yet.

Thank you for the reply, though. It's good to be enlightened in the glitchy times we live in.
