(Not import from ME1 but ME1 originating characters)
Back in the day, anticipating ME2 and or playing ME2 with a few not so cool faces. I focused on honing my face creating skills in ME1 to make faces seem realistic/likeable, avoiding mass effects tendency for over gaunt face that at certain angles seem to implode with like spike cheeks or over jaw and lack of jaw. I made and played through with 2 perfect faces for each gender from ME1, then kept and thuroughly played through one male and female shepard in ME2... Im sure everyones aware of the problem, and bioware's peeps are working on a fix/update but does anyone have any idea when it will air? My ME1 original femshep imported successfully, my personally based male shepard doesn't import, and being Male myself I'd like my face back. Image IPB

I don't know about, programming or anything bug fixy-ing Image IPB but i think it has to do with the code update in ME2, it gave me a code for my imported femshep but not for my male which can't import to me3. Is there anything I can do, i heard of quickfixes that could help but idk what to trust. Please help.Image IPB

I hear what you are saying about spikey cheeks and the time you spent getting the face you want. I have more than 5 complete ME1 playthroughs, but I only took 2 of them through ME2 and neither will import to ME3 - Bummed.

Funny how searching google, it takes you to half ass answers of hope. Then actually posting nobody bothers to tell you what's going on. Searching forums with the searchbar doesn't help, because your never quite sure what exactly your looking for.

I read about using a USB memory card to take the saves that faces wouldn't import and taking them to a site where it would take a certain file in the save and use the face to give you the code for ME2 that would work in ME3. But I don't know for sure, I thought the forums would help. Even just to tell me I'm screwed for a couple of years until the update... If the update ever comes.

Just be glad you can import a character at all. A good chunk of us can't even do that much.

Yea... Guess your right, I recreated my face to a good likeness... But the brow needs a wide setting, err something the jaw can't not look weird.(for my shep, you know i liked the one hairstyle that came to a point on the forehead like mine, why'd they round it? That's not cool)
