If Snooki from Jersey Shore lossed all that weight, she would become Diana Allers, reporter of Mass Effect 3.  They say her actual character template is based to look like Jessica Chobot, and granted, Jessica doesn't look all that appealing, she didn't look as bad as Diana Allers did.  Comparing her to all previous Mass Effect heroines, even Ashley's meatbun hairdo in part one, everything about Diane Allers seemed wrong.

Her body looks like it's hanging as if she was sitting in a sona for two days and came out looking all sweaty and loose.  Her face looks like a beaten tomato.  Whether its her drooping boobs, drooping shoulders, or drooping face, I don't find her attractive at all.

While I'm at it, women are allowed to be unattractive. There's no law that says every female character must give male gamers a boner.

Narratively, she allows Shepard a chance to verbally reflect an ideological stance and shows that the galaxy considers Shepard to be a person of importance.

She is just a useless addition to the game where resources could have been used for something different that mattered or was good.

Actually, she can broadast the point of view of shepard concerning certain plots/race of the game. Can make victory easier.

Isn't that Aller's only purpose though? They certainly didn't hire Chobot for her voice acting talent.

This is Mass Effect, Maria. It's mandatory for female characters to have perfect asses and daddy issues.

I notice the irony, but I don't find this really funny :-/
I would gladly trade all the Diana crap to get just a bit more of Tali. Wasting ressources on pleasing some IGN chick rather than put efforts in the ending or in making actually original art rather than basically pirating other's works (while forcing anti-piracy crap down our throat, thank for hypocrisy) is just sad.

And yes, Diana looks like a cow, but the worst is her voice acting. Man how bad it is...
