 I've started a second playthrough as a soldier with only N7 weapons (for roleplaying purposes) and I've been hearing some chatter about how the Valkyrie is really heavy and is outclassed by the Vindicator.  I know the Vindicator does 3-round burst, and the Valky only does 2- round burst, but it weighs a lot more.  Are they any more benefits to the Valkyrie, or is the Vindicator really just a better rifle?

The Valkyrie does much more damage per shot and the shots are closer together and in my experience has much less recoil.

Not to mention it just looks so bad ass.

I only use the valykrie because with a stability damper and a piercing mod it can hammer out 2 shot effectively and fast, wieght is no issue at level 10 (+200% alone) for that matter and personally it is the only gun I use. The other rifle I suggest is the mattock which blows away the vindicator. Happy hunting.
