It's not about who is in your squad at the end, but some hidden relationship value.ibage wrote...
Tali got off the Normandy with Javick and Joker. On a jungle planet, she might as well be dead. But what I do question however is why Javick got off. Garrus was in my squad at the end along with Tali.
Does your lover die in the end?

When asked about whether or not your squadmates got killed by Harbinger, someone from Bioware on twitter said "I don't think we've revealed that yet."
Either this is bull, or Bioware is retarded. I took Garrus and Tali with me, and they somehow ended up back on the Normandy and walked out after the crash.
See, its all a dream shepard having while dying. He wishes his crew to be far away from all that nonsense, on some heaven-like planet.
Actually, if they are got quickly and painlessly vaporised by harby, its for the better.
So how does the dream theory relate to the silly epilogue?
Because Space Magic.

Mark my words... there is more to this ending... this is not how ME3 ends.
You think this massive bad publicity and alienating most of your fans was deliberate? Yeah right.
Well apparently there is a secret New Game + only ending.. anybody know what this is yet? And apparently BioWare has an announcement about the endings coming up at the end of the month soo..
This is very, VERY unlikely but what if BioWare comes up and says "We wanted the story to last longuer that a couple of days/weeks so we decided to hold back the end of the journey and release it as free DLC so people stay interested to the game... so the game lasts them atleast a month"
BTW I'm just playing around with that last part I very much dought that'll happen.
there is not NG+ ending. the only NG+ thing you get is an extra upgrade from the fish, if you kept it alive through ME2 and ME3.

I thought that planet was "heaven". Ie the people who come out of the normandy are dead.
so wait, now the planet from the end sequence is actually the island from lost? so what next? lost effect? yeah, kinda felt like it :innocent:.
but well yeah, my LI seems to have survived, cause tali miraculously stepped out of the normandy in the end, just shortly after she stormed the citadel with me. well, at least she didn't get blown to bits and pieces like the rest of the attackers.
now she will probalby just die a slow and painful death sooner or later when her medication runs out, cause she is quarian, has no immune system to speak of and is stranded on some jungle planet and i bet those life suites need some maintenance from time to time.

I saw Kaidan after the crash, so yes, my LI lived (saw Joker & EDI too of course). Sorry, don't remember what my EMS was. I did it without touching multiplayer, though (finally got around to the co-op after finishing the single-player game).
Ahh, that's the closest ending I'd love to see.
No you don't want to see this. Trust me as a fellow Kaidan lover, prepare yourself now.
Well, I did - I'd rather have the person I love survive instead of dying
with me. I'd want them to have that chance to live on. Kaidan survived, and I was glad that he did.

the prima guide doesn't say, but I'm assuming at the same level that saves the earth. which is 2650 EMS. just to be safe, I'd go for the EMS that unlocks all 3 endings aka 2800.
these are prima guide numbers, so take them with a grane of salt and shoot for about 3000 and up.
edited. if you pass all persuasion checks with TIM, you need 4000 for shepard to "live" you only need 5000 if you didn't "save" Anderson (aka didn't pass persuasion checks with TIM). in order to convince him in a final conversation, you MUST use every persuasion option that shows up in every single conversation you have with him, starting with Mars

After my EMS was cut because I didn't play multiplayer, I had 3595 points. I also took Kaidan and James with me on my last run, and they both appeared with Joker in the end.
I had access to the all three choices and got the "good" variation on the end choice I did select.
editing to add: But I did not get the extra 20 second clip at the end of my choice.... don't want to ruin it for you if you don't know.

I had 2700 or so EMS, but from what I've heard that doesn't matter, at the end Joker + 2 squadmates walk out. EDI can walk out if you don't choose the destroy path.

She can still walk out on that path. Maybe the stipulation for that is if she's one of the ones you take on the end run?

If you romanced Garrus or Tali....well. They're dextro-based and can't reproduce so they're pretty much boned.
Enjoy.

But I'll go with that. They're dead and the camera cuts away before Shep emerges out of the brush to welcome them.
Maybe, maybe not, in the sense of the endings as a whole. but the three people who got out of the Normady at the end of my game had clearly died already, so it makes enough sense for me.

If you don't get enough war assets, no one comes out. Your LI went to hell D:
Aw man, you know what, I had a **** load of war assets, I scoured every cluster and system, going in and out of them to avoid reapers, but because I didnt touch muliplayer or social media crap couldnt get the readiness level above 50% so went in with an effective strength of below 4000. (I was repeatedly told, through interviews and what not that you could get the best ending without all that, if its not true I will be so pissed.)

They're dextro-amino acid based. Presuming the garden planet they land on is like most and levo-amino acid based: all the food on that planet will kill them.
