I'm not getting the armor set bonus from the Warden armor. There are just the three pieces right? Do they have to be equipped on the PC? Bwaaahhhhh...

Yes you need the glove, armor and boots to get the set armor. It should work on any character as long as you equipped ALL of it on the same character.

The set bonus icons don't show up in camp. At least for companions.
