my account says im suppose to get one item right away... and the rest later... but i haven't even got the one item? and i have made 3 characters... my friend bought the same thing at the same time... and he got items... is there something wrong with my game?

Probably you had just downloaded the items, but NOT installed it.
These are two different things.
I bought the Collector Edition, write the codes for the 3 items, the blood armor, delish ring, and Stone prisoner and get it.
After that, i installed via first menu game, and any character create, will have the ring and the grimoire as well.
