Hey guys, sorry for taking so long to get back to you. The only fix I can help with is creating a "masseffect" persona in the EA system. That is the most basic requirement needed to get Galaxy at War working and it is what the script in the first post does.

If you are still having problems it may be that the Galaxy at War server is having issues or that something is wrong with the game server. However, those are all things I'm not able to fix. One possible problem, other than the two I just mentioned, is that it doesn't always like passwords containing characters other than A-Z or 0-9. So if you are having problems you could try changing your password to just use those characters.

If you are having problems and the script from the first post doesn't fix it you will have to contact EA Customer Support. Jeff and I are part of the web team so are limited in what we can help with. Site Help is intended as a board where we try to help fix problems you are having with the BSN but since we interface with a number of different services not under our control we can't always provide a solution. And as Just-Me mentions we can't always be around to answer every question so if you can't find a solution here you should try contacting EA CS.

For the past week I have not been able to load GAW in multiplayer. I see the "system offline: unable to retrieve galaxy at war status" message. I do have a persona and have sync'd the GAW using the link provided. Still no go.

Same here. I remember being able to use it the first few times after buying the game. Now everytime it is "unable to connect", and I just realised GAW was more than just something pretty.

I already have a Persona, and I entered the password on the GAW page. What else could I have missed?

Unfortunately, even with all of these options mine is still not working. it sees my profile, but continuously fails to load on startup of the game.

Haven't you new arrivals seen what he wrote?  Or my comments in here?  Please take your weekend complaints to EA's Help Center.  Nothing in this forum is going to change on a weekend.  Read the OP, try what it says.  That's the end of what Jesse could offer you if this were a weekday, and if he had a generous, long break at work, to make another visit so soon.

About a week ago it just stop working at all. I was tryed all those steps from first post and it still no connection. I was just thinking it my problem with internet, but all other part of game work fine. And it continuing whole week or maybe even more, so something wrong at game\\server side.

From the day the game had its premiere I have never had any problems with this bugged galaxy map issue (of course I was not playing ME 3 everyday). Yesterday I decided to play some multiplayer and everything was just fine, but the very next day galaxy map isn't loading. I have masseffect persona and all account are linked, but galaxy map don't give a damn about all this things :/

Damn, my War map was working fine until today. I wanted to play some multiplayer and the game says that systems are offline. In the main menu I also get a message that load has failed or something like that. I have unlocked that Salarian infiltrator and since then problem persists. Help me please. Anyone.

Same here. My profile page says I have a persona ("Mass Effect Persona Found: Yes"). I have re-synched and re-entered my password on the galaxy at war page. Still, when I start ME3, the galaxy at war screen shows load failed. I can my galaxy at war status on the web site, but not in the game. I have spent more time researching and trying all the "fixes" than I have actually played online.

Can somebody recreate a persona? Becouse "Mass Effect Persona Found: Yes", and still have a problem. Was tryed changing password and re-enter it to galaxy at war page. And it's not work. =(

I've tried all the steps and have a persona and I still can't connect to it on the game, however I can connect to the GaW map on the website.

Problems here too. Strange thing is: when i got to singleplayer and check the war map, the map says this "unable to load galaxy war status" thing, but on the left side menu i can see that every region is on 87%, except council space, which is 94%. Now this doesn't match with the data that N7 HQ says.
There It's 84% / 90% . Oh, and i have a persona.

P.S. Yeah, and of course the warmap doesn't work at all in multiplayer.

The same here, it seems there is a little epidemic going on. I thought I might be a special case of sorts, as I had to get a new ME3 code (the first one was apparently an illegal one/scam/w/e), but it seems that it's not because of that. Sad panda.

Yesterday I fixed the problem. Now It's back again and the solution does not work. Galaxy map works in the N7 HQ - but not in game.

it doesn't upload the data when I play multiplayer coz GaW map not loading in game, sometimes it can load though... I just know it's quite a new issue, it didn't happen to me several mounths ago.
