Hey Jesse. I've checked on the linked page and it's confirming that i do have the required Mass Effect Persona, however the map still isn't updating in game and i'm still unable to access multiplayer or any of the CE DLC. Other DLC (such as From Ashes and stuff from demo promotions) is working and showing both in-game and on my BSN account. Oddly, it seems that the map on my BSN account is updating. I've also checked to confirm that my BSN account and xbox gamertag are linked and that all seems to be fine.

Hopefully you've got some ideas about things i can try to get this fixed. Thanks.

 Unfortunately the fix didn't work for me. I did notice one thing on my profile , for some reason it has me as having ME3 for the PC and not the Xbox 360. Additionally it won't let me add my Xbox 360 gamer tag to my profile. Could that be the reason why it's not working for me? If so, how can I go about fixing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, having played the games once through already, I feel a little burned, because I didn't realize how the galaxy at war map thing affected me until now... Well, it's only a game, I guess. I'll have to see how it chenges things on my second run through. Renegade Shep, here I come!

YES!! So glad it works now, didn't at first but saw tht it did indeed work once I exitted to tje main menu. Thanks jesse for fixing a minor annoyance. I didn't mind that it didn't work and just played the game but it was a little annoying.

I checked this and it says I do have a mass effect persona but it's still not working for me. When I checked it says I have no xbox account linked but this is the account I have always used. Whne I searched by gamertag I had to create a master account but the email went to the same address and it shows EA games up to BF 2 and ME 2 but not BF3, KoA and ME3 on my xbox. Any help here would be great

 Playing on Xbox. Do I need online pass to access GAW in single player? I've paid for and uploaded data from Infiltrator as well as the data pad app. All is showing fine in both apps as well as here on the site but in game GAW map says system offline. I do not have online pass, is this why?

It will tell you if you have the needed Mass Effect persona that is used by Galaxy at War. If you don't a button will display that you can click to create the persona.

If it does say you have a persona but the map is still not loading please post here and we'll try to debug your problem further.
