I just wanted to say that after hours and hours of searching online, 5 online chats with reps from EA who are obviously Middle-Eastern people, and 2 calls to people at EA today who checked to verify my online and gamertag are synced properly. I used the Create Persona button on the link and..

EDIT* I just wanted to add that it might help if you call EA and ask them if they can see if your connected to the server or not, also connecting your device (PC,XBOX,PS3) with a wire, ethernet cable, works better than using a wireless connection and is partially what helped mine sync properly, also after creating my persona I went to my profile and synced my "activate online profile" with the server and it finally worked. The EA rep Anthony I spoke with on the phone also said they are doing a lot of work lately and that could be causing a lot of problems. If this create persona button doesn't work for you I hope you get it figured out soon because its really a million times more fun when you can increase your readiness rating. Datapad, Infiltrator, Multiplayer.

Am I the only one that has this problem?

In the main menu, my Galaxy at War map never loads for some reason. Whenever I finish a game in multiplayer, I always end up getting stuck at a loading screen, the one you get when you leave a lobby, so I can't earn any credits or get any readiness rating which I can't even see because I have to go to the XMB menu and quit the game. This happens sometimes when I'm accessing the store as well. Any solutions?

I have the same problem & I am on PS3. Before Operation Exorcist, I didn't have any problem with the GAW map.

Oh boy you gotta be kidding me..last night before I went to bed it was fixed, now it's broken again !

Edit: and now it also fu** up my single player... effective military forces - 0 ... so cool

The same problem ... It has begun from Saturday ... Cant buy a packs will freeze (loading,loading, loading, nothing happening must restart game) Cant leveling up. Cant promoting my character. In the lobby shows your promoting or leveling but when are you going to back to your profile its back at saturday was. (sorry for my english)

Later this day multi running properly. So dont know where the problem was. Comunication between system and servers or corrupted data or points on system or servers. So thanks.
