We recently changed the way data is loaded for the achievements and multiplayer pages. So at the very least those should work for people who have been having problems.

Galaxy at war map just broke for me. I added a persona (which I didn't have before) but this didn't fix it.  When trying to view the galaxy at war page on BSN, it asks for a password and loops.  As was suggested here I changed the password a few times, but the page still loops when asking for password confirmation.

Its not ports/internet. Computer was even on a DMZ for a bit. Please help us out, looks like there's a lot of folks with the issue. Not willing to complete single player until my readiness is 5000+

Just happened to me, too. On PC, never had this issue until about an hour ago. Already had a persona, simply cannot access Galaxy at war map.

Something else: I just played a multiplayer match while unable to connect to the galaxy at war map - successful completion, credits and xp awarded but when I checked my character none of its powers had been allocated? 1 point in the class power and everything else was empty?

This same error occurred about an hour and a half ago. I'm running ME3 on PC and haven't encountered the issue before. The war map simply wont update and says "System Offline: Unable to retrieve Galaxy at War status" under multiplayer. On the main menu it says I'm connected to the EA server, but the map says "Load Failed. Cannot connect to server." I can only hope it's an unscheduled downtime. Everything was fine when I started the mission. Not so when it ended.

I'm having the same problem on my PS3, I got disconnected via a load at the end of match, and now I'm getting the same Galaxy at War map problem though my credits and character levels are all intact, Checked my persona, and its showing that I have one, though all my mulitplayer stat data isn't showing up.

It had happened to me as well about two and a half hours ago. No galaxy at war map showing up when I initially load up my main screen. It has happened before, but normally I simply reboot my computer and all is normal or exit the game and works fine. However, this time round, it is not working at all. I am crossing my fingers that it is an issue with the server and nothing else. Very curious though that the multiplayer is still operational for the moment. Mind you though, it might have something to do with getting those packs. Don't know really. Any suggestions or fixes will be greatly appreciated Bioware.

I just recently had this happen. I changed my gamertag earlier in the night(not sure if this had anything to do with it) . I checked the persona link and it says i have the correct persona.   When i log into the single player game it's says my glactic readiness is at 18814618% but the map still won't show. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Same problem. Just loaded up the game, found the error message, reloaded, same thing. Still connected to the EA server, apparently, but GaW computer says "Load Failed. Cannot connect to server." Multiplayer opens, but no readiness rating stuff. I don't want to play if there's no reward. This is almost as annoying as when you get to the end of a level and the 'connection to the game is lost' 30 seconds before extraction.

I had the ME3 persona up & going, but the galaxy at war display is still "load error". weird thing is, on the main menu I can see the status connected to EA server yet the war asset HUD is still red.

suggestions in tackling this problem are much appreciated.

Just checked again to see if there has been any change, nothing at the moment. I am hoping and crossing my fingers that it gets resolved very soon.

It just occured to me: Is everyone experiencing this problem expecting a commendation pack from operation Silencer?

i am having this problem now just started today and have the same multiplayer charr.
