What do you mean? I can see that this has happened to other users in the past, so I am wondering if it has occurred to them again. Perhaps since this weekend's challenge went up that this might be the cause for our galaxy at war map not able to load. Just curious.

YAY!! It is back up and working now. Well, if it was Bioware, then thanks. But perhaps it might have been an update for the server. Perhaps if it happens again, send an update message on the Bioware website for Mass Effect 3 to let everyone know when it happens. Just a suggestion. But cool that it is back up now though.

So I am having the same problem as the rest of the people posting on here. I even created a persona on BSN, but before I had a chance to see if it worked, the game itself decided not to work. Multi-player worked fine for a while and I then downloaded the free download and that worked for a little, however now during initial start up of the game, the "checking downloadable content" does not go away and in an infinite loop. Please advise.

It will tell you if you have the needed Mass Effect persona that is used by Galaxy at War. If you don't a button will display that you can click to create the persona.

If it does say you have a persona but the map is still not loading please post here and we'll try to debug your problem further.


My Galaxy Map is not updating, in game
is but not on the social site. I've check the link and it does say I
have a persona.  I use xbox 360, last time it updated looks to
be about 2 weeks prior.  Since then I've promoted 5 characters,
adding to my 5 already promoted. 3 where during the ShieldWall
challenge. I've restarted my console, and tried re-activating my
online profile (though this may have hampered it more).
  If
possible to fix, would be nice, as it's frustrating to work at
something then the reward doesn't appear.  I also understand
past rewards may not be possible to give, just hopping to have fix
for future potential rewards.

I have the exact same issue the poster above has. I cannot get my ios app to change my readiness in the Xbox game. I have a me persona but in game it still doesn't update.

I have the same problem, creating the persona didn't help at all. I keep progressing Galaxy at War assets in iOS apps, but still no result in ME3 on PC.

Same problem for me, my war assets and galaxy at war work well in the game ( xbox ) but not updating in the site. i have 99.69 % all the time and my N7 Special Ops Team is at 32 since 3 week. Should be 53, i have 3975 points in the game and 1695 N7 ranking.

Multiplayer manifest is ok, only galaxy at war. Solution ?

I have a Mass Effect persona and Galaxy at War is loading properly on the site but not in the game. Every time I launch the game it's says: "Load failed. Cannot connect to server" in the main menu.

In the multiplayer screen it says: "System Offline: Unable to retrieve Galaxy at War status".

The Galaxy at War worked before, without any problem.

From may 31th i have problems with my profile in Bioware social
network, my player profile not updated correctly:

1.- Galaxy at war is locked at 98.51%.
2.- In Leatherboards, my friends list have disappeared.
3.- Mass Effect 3 War Assets not updated.
4.- Multiplayer manifest is update correctly.

I contacted with EA Customer Experience Spain
(https://help.ea.com/es/), they have informed me that I
try to contact with Bioware because it is a problem of your website and
they can not help me.

Reporting Bugs link: http://social.biowar...elp_contact.php not work.

I sent e-mail to contact@bioware.com and I'm waiting for answer.

Can I help me?.

Okay, I solved my problem:

Eset Smart Security 5 firewall blocked something, I removed and installed only the Eset NOD32 Antivirus and the Galaxy at War is working again in the main and multiplayer menu.

Btw that firewall blocked something in the Star Wars: The Old Republic' s launcher too, now that is working and updating again, no more "login server is currently unavailable" message.

Looks like ESS5 was blocking the connection for me too. And I found another solution instead of uninstalling it you can do following:
Open Advanced Setup -> Web and email -> Protocol filtering -> Web and email clients -> Excluded applications -> check MASSEFFECT3.exe and Galaxy at War is working again :)

I changed the password, after reporting problems to EA Customer Experience, case 04184383, following the indications of the EA technician, because he told me that because my account had been hacked.
 A present day still retain the same problems.
 I expect an answer from Bioware.
 Bioware, can you help me,  please?.

My map has been broken for over a week now. In game it is fine, and is now at 55%, but on this site my readiness percentage is stuck at 61%. Edit: Persona link clicked, but it says I already have one, so no dice. Also I have only changed my password after the problem started.
