My galaxy at war map still isn't loading, at both the main menu and the multi-player menu. I clicked that link at the start of this thread and it says I have a mass effect persona, but still nothing.
Help please?

-Sigh- It says I have a persona already on the bottom and it says on the Galaxy at War map in-game, "Load failed. Cannot connect to server." BUT when I go on to multiplayer it loads fine... Ugh. [Edit] Woah scratch that it randomly started working again, didn't even restart it, just did it while I was looking through this thread.

I'm having problems connecting to the Galaxy at war on my Ipod Touch, Every time I tried to load it, It just gives me the error message.

Mass Effect 3 Datapad requires internet access, please ensure you are connected to the internet and try again.

I know for certain its connected online since I can log in and such. But for some reason the Galaxy at War will not load up.

I'm having the issue now as well - I went to the page and it says "Mass Effect persona found" but when I go to the Galaxy At War map in my iOS client it now says "Mass Effect 3 Datapad requires an Internet connection." and I know I am connected to the Internet as I am able to successfully log into my Origin account from within the app.

Same issue here, started last night and still happening. Can log into Origin on my iPod, but when I go to either the Galaxy at War Map or Mail, I get the error "Mass Effect 3 Datapad requires an Internet connection." Can surf the web and do other stuff on my iPod just not the app.

I do have a persona according to the link at the beginning of this page.

I'm also unable to load Galaxy At War. It says Requires Internet Connection (which I obviously have, everything else & other apps work fine). This problem just started a couple days ago; I used to have no problem (and yes I have a persona).

Thanks in advance for helping to fix this problem.

Hey there. It doesn't seem to be working for me, at least as it pertains to the ME3 Datapad. Every time I log into the Galaxy At War there it says, "Mass Effect™ 3 Datapad requires an Internet connection. Please ensure you are connected to the Internet and try again."
Of course I'm connected to the Internet, but it still isn't working. I also got ME: Infiltrator and I can access that okay. But the Datapad's been my failsafe in keeping my GRR at 100% while I'm playing ME3. I tried removing the app and re-downloading that but that doesn't seem to work.
Any help, gang?

Wanted to chime in and say I'm have the same 'internet connection not found' problem on the iOS ME3 datapad. Started happening a day or two ago. See like its broken right now. Anyone from bioware still reading this thread?

IOS 5.1.1/ipod touch. Galaxy At War: I just downloaded app yesterday. It worked after the download but stopped working today. I do have a persona and can update other Mass Effect 3 content. I am getting "Mass Effect 3 requires an internet connection". I tried to uninstall and download again: did not work. Thanks.

Same as everyone else. Been using the data pad on my iPhone for months, but yesterday it stopped working saying it requires an Internet connection. The Internet is working as I'm logged into Origin. I suppose there's a server issue given the number of similar issues

I have a persona as well, and like the others before me I can't seem to load up the Galaxy At War Map on the ME3 Datapad app for iOS. I started getting the error messages about three days ago. Just found that I can't seem to get any mail from the app as well.

It would appear everyone is having the same issue the error message about Internet connection don't know if this is a bioware problem ea or origin. Obviously everyone is looking up the problem finding his thread and posting here, is there someone or some department that we would be better contacting or are the relevant people already aware of this problem and working to resolve it. Not really helpful if we all come on here saying we got this issue if no one has passed it on to whoever it is that needs to know

Just chiming in to report same issue: Datapad was working fine until yesterday, when suddenly Galaxy at War and Mail ceased functioning. Hoping that more people mentioning this issue will help ensure that Bioware/EA are aware of and will fix the problem.

Same issue here, Bioware. How bout telling us when it'll be fixed? Or just fixing it? Since I haven't had time to play in a week, can you fix the galactic readiness for us?

Then just this week, I couldn't access Galaxy at War. Same error as above, "Mass Effect™ 3 Datapad requires an Internet connection. Please ensure you are connected to the Internet and try again."

I have a persona and have access to origin through Datapad.

Same problem, internet required. The sector percentages continue to fall, as indicated in-game and when synced up here, but can't access via ipad.

Same problem since Friday. 3 days the severe been not working. Did they turn off the service?
