Chalk up one more with the "internet needed" problem. But...for some reason, my Infiltrator app can still access GaW. What's going on?

Having same problem as mentioned in all the recent posts with GaW and Messages access in Datapad on my iPhone. I have a persona, can access Origin through Datapad. I get the "Mass Effect™ 3 Datapad requires an Internet connection. Please ensure you are connected to the Internet and try again." when trying to use GaW and the "Failed to get new messages. Please try again later." when trying to download messages in Mail. Would appreciate a fix!

Guess what? I too am getting the same issues with the Galaxy at War part of DataPad - shock, horror!

Seriously though I hope it's only a server blip and can be resolved sharpish.

Some one at EA needs to reboot the windows server to get this to work. 3 days with a server side problem and no information to the customers. I would get fired from my it job if I did something like that.

Agreed. The lack of comment from BioWare is very disapointing. Whomever is supposed to be noticing, commenting and fixing are all waaaaay behind schedule on this.

Chalk up another one! No connectivity here either. Thought it was just me. 
And I agree, it'd be nice to at least get a "Don't worry guys. We're on it. Shepard out."

Im also getting the "internet connection needed" error message in DataPad since about a week.

And i'd like to mention that before when it still worked, it was extremely slow. Most of the time i had to try several times until it completely loaded the galaxy map.

Also Multiplayer Servers are way too slow, sometimes i have to wait a minute opening the shop and buying packs. And it takes multiple attempts to connect to a multiplayer game ;-(

On the AppStore the rating for the game has dropped a fair bit and all the reviewers are staring the same issues and only giving 1 star. Yet even that doesn't seem to have stirred any response from ea games. I guess it's unfortunate for us that this is a free app were ea games losing money over this then the problem might've been repaired quicker, or at the least had some feedback from them chances are no ones even noticed it yet.

I tweeted the problem to Chris Priestly and he said that it's affecting him too and that investigations are underway, but no news yet.

Okay, Jesse, I have Datapad on my iPad, I'm logged in to both Bioware and Origin/EA, I have a ME3 persona, and I'm connected to the Internet, but it still refuses to connect, saying that it 'requires an Internet connection. Please ensure you are connected to the Internet and try again.'

It's giving me such a headache. More so than Multiplayer even.

I'm sorry to say that it started happening to me too:( I'd say it used to work fine until two or three days ago,when I bought ME:Infiltrator and logged on Origin from there. Could there be some connection? I checked on the persona thing - already had one. My PC ME3 is saying it's connected to EA sarver,but GaW claims that "Load failed! Cannot connect to server." I can see GaW both here and on the Infiltrator. The worst part of this is that I can't start multiplayer Got through yesterday somehow,but today it seems nothing doing

Mine's not working on my Xbox game either - although it is working on both datapad and infiltrator. I've also checked my persona here and my updated readiness rating is visible on the site. Yet it remains offline in SP.

I'm having trouble connecting my ME3 on Xbox to BSN. I have the game registered and it recognizes that I have a ME3 persona but it will not allow me to view my Galaxy at War on BSN. Every time I attempt to it asks me activate my player profile and when I click the link it displays the message, "We could not find any Mass Effect 3 online game data associated with this account."

How about I cant access it on BSN. Multiplayer manifest yes, galaxy no. Every time I try it just asks me to put password in again and not load

I have not loaded the manifest and galaxy map,  "We could not find any Mass Effect 3 online game data associated with this account.".

Same problem here with galaxy at war status. Strange thing is that my friend who lives just few meters from me and have exact same copy of the game as me, does not have this issue at all.

my datapad worked finally...after a lot of remove and install and login
but then the Galaxy At War screen is not updating while I load my game in PS3
I hope this issue was addressed and solved before.
Any idea how?

my Galaxy Map is still offline no matter what I've tried to do with datapad
I've done everything, persona created, player profile is showing the Galaxy Map readiness rating I saw in datapad
Except everything is not sync with game in my PS3
