Long story short, I picked up the 99 cent pack in multiplayer right after getting the lower level one with credits and it skipped over the view of the loot and seemed as though I had gotten nothing at all. I chalked it up to hitting skip and moved on. About a ha;f hour ago after a successful match I was awarded 120k xp and a little less than 15k in credits and figured I'd skip the scene where the bar sped across. To my surprise I didn't get the XP and still only had 700 credits. It seems if you skip the looting at times it omits awarding you what is due.
multiplayer issue with purchasing, credits and XP.

yea i bought a spec pack for 1.99 said eror and lost my cash yesterday called sony and said it will take 7-10 days and they still can refuse refund b.s of them

Yeah, that's because if you go right back in to the store it always checks for "outstanding purchases".
