When I finished ME3, the first thought that came to my mind was "That's it?" Not because of the endings, but based on how short the game felt. According to the accomplishments, there are only 27 combat missions in ME3. This is maybe a half or even a third of the number of missions in ME2. Did anyone else feel that ME3 didn't really have that many missions or just felt short?

Took about the same amount of time to beat as ME2.

I'm a completionist and it took me a little bit longer than ME2. I think I finally clocked in at about 40 hours? But given that this was the final game, I took my time and explored every nook and cranny and took in as much info and lore that I could, not skipping a single line or dialogue or datapad.

Well my clear time was about 21 hours. That's about on par for the previous 2 games for me.
However, the replay value of the previous games made the game seem "longer". After going through with a paragon femshep, I wanted to see how things turned out with a renegade femshep. Repeat for maleshep.
So this game is short because I have no desire to replay it due to the horrible ending. There's no point since my choices don't matter, Bioware already predetermined how it would end.
No point to multiplayer as the main reason is to get readiness up. That only helps single player which I already said there is no point in going through again.
