So finally I make it to the final battle back on Earth (a huge acomplishment considering how much I hate this game) and I am almost to the beam and bam, we get hit. I wake up dazed and with my pistol and husks coming at me. I can never kill them and they kill me. WTH, is this the end for my game? Please don't tell me I have to place this junk again to finish this game, once has been hard enough. Is there anyway to kill the figgin husks? No powers, no omni tool, just a figgin pistol that doesn't seem to hit anything. Not the pistol I was carrying before I got hit, but still a pistol. I watch videos on this and all of them showed Shep able to shoot and kill them easily and all. Heck I even flipped it to casual gameplay to try to get through it just so I could finish this game and still I die. So whats up?

The few mobs there are relatively low hps. Few shots and they die. If you have difficulty set high maybe that is your problem but on normal I had no trouble.

Of course from all the threads here, I wouldn't go farther if I were you. Trust me, you're not going to like how Bioware decided to end the trilogy. Won't matter what choice you make, they already made it for you.

I played this section on Insanity. The difficulty level is not an issue. The husks stop and stand still right when get to you, and you have a second or so to just blow their heads off. Didn't seem hard to me.

Seriously, if you haven't liked it so far you're going to loathe it at the end. Quit while you're ahead, at this point you've played all the good stuff anyway.

cameronnadal: I guess somewhere deep inside a figure I owe it to my Shep to finish it out. I am almost to the end, I guess if nothing else maybe getting my final achievements might mean something? LOL. Honestly, I guess I kept playing thinking maybe I would like it better and now that I am almost done I just feel like I should finish it. Never said it made sense, just what I think

The5Virtues: Yeah am hearing this alot, on other threads and on other forums too. But as I said above, I guess I figured I made it through 37 hrs already, whats a couple more.... I guess I keep holding on that in the end I will get at least a chance to kill the Illusive Man, that would make a tiny bit happier!

I one hit killed them all on HC with headshots... The Marauder took three headshots... How can you possibly be having that much trouble?

Yeah, I made it through all the Brutes on Hardcore, all the friggin Banshees as well and then I die by being rushed by a few stinkin Husks on casual level...now your seeing my anger....and understanding my pain here. Its almost like my gun has no bullets. Unreal....

well I reloaded it and it worked fine, even on Hardcore...could it of been a glitch? Seriously, it was like she had no ammo in her pistol. But its done and now I can go back to playing the other two again
