 I unlocked the Quarian Infiltrator last night for multiplayer.  I played her yesterday and this morning, leveling her to 16.  I've since bought 4 booster packs with actual money (two for me and two for my son on his account).  I received the Quarian Engineer in one of my packs and leveled her to 6.

When I tried to then switch back to play my Quarian Infiltrator, she's locked.

I would like to know if this can be resolved here on the forums, or if I should be submitting some type of support form on the site (and if so, could a moderator please provide a link).

I am not likely to purchase booster packs again using real money if items unlocked are lost.

Please advise what my next step is.
