I pre-ordered ME3 via Origin and didn't receive the emails to unlock the two weapons, and I saw many people having luck with the live chat so I tried that. The tech ended up giving me a code for the Argus, but he said that the items were only for those who had the "deluxe or extended" editions, which seems at odds with what I remember from the pre-order promotion.

Is this working as intended?

Anil: No its with limited editions but don't worry i ll cheer  you up.

And to clarify so I don't appear an idiot, when I pasted the order ID from Origin, the chat interface was inserting carriage returns instead of sending the message when I pressed Enter.
