For those playing around with Cryo Blast / Incinerate detonations on Insanity what's
the optimal build for Incinerate and Cryo Blast? For Incinerate I used
radius / recharge speed / freeze combo. Problem is I rarely activate
cryo detonate even on the weakest troopers, what am I doing wrong?

cryo explosion go off when you get the kill, so on insanity you will need to use your gun in between cryo blast and incinerate, you won't be taking out full health troopers....can't give advice on build other than go for the recharge bonuses of both powers and freeze combo for incinerate.

OHHHH... Okay. And here I was starting to wonder why I wasn't getting Tech Bursts on some of them. Good to know that the Incinerate has to kill them for it to trigger.
