Blood Pack, eclipse, blue suns, most of us thought it would be cool to unite them against the reapers, so we talk to aria and she gives us three different quests, three conversations later and multiple elevator trips on the citadel later. theyre on our side and then... nothing, a blue bar on the war assets menu. these mercany groups were undoubtebly the most encountered enemy in mass effect 2 and in mass effect 3 i think i only seen one set of blood pack armor, i only seen three vorcha and we didn't even go to omega, once again one of the three main 'spaceports' in mass effect 2.

If we get any DLC that takes place mid-story i want it to be that. merc groups retaking omega.

I'm sure everyone was somewhat excited by the thought of volus nd elcor military fleets, once again, nothing.

I can't be the ONLY one to be annoyed at this, am i ?

I was just saddened that there was no war room strategy before hitting earth. It would have been cool to direct where your fleets go, who your ground troops are etc.

Think suicide mission choices, only with fleets and races instead of individuals.

Geth shock troops and mercenary packs assault Cerberus with me.

It would have been cool to make choices to send in grunt and Aralekh company into battle with my Grissom academy biotic artillery squad to support my final push. At the same time, my Rachni Brood Warriors and asari commandos covers the other flank. Alliance and Elcor forces cover the rear with Volus heavy bomber support.

Meanwhile in space, the turian, alliance, and Asari fleets deal with orbital threats.

When Harbinger makes his move, The Quarian fleet backed by Geth dreadnoughts are called in and blast him out of the sky.

The Salarian fleet is held back to cover the crucible.

If you didn't have the assets, or didn't allocate enough, things get bad

Soooo much potential. kinda makes me sad that ultimately everything you did up to that point you had no control over.
