I tried importing a custom male and custom female Shepard into Mass Effect 3 but their faces won't import. Instead I get an error message telling me it wasn't able to properly import the face.

I have used no mods whatsoever on either of them. I was not connected to Xbox Live at the time if that makes any difference.

It's a known issue I myself am afflicted as are untold numerous others. They are attempting to correct it, supposedly. We can only wait.
