If Bioware actually pulled a Bethesda and made a new ending like everyone's saying, I'd trust them again.

One thing:  FO:NV was Obsidian...

Who had already written their own Fallout 3 and just polished it up and used it.

Dragon Age 3 was almost done and we got it cancelled. STUPID US.

Listen I'm not thrilled with the way the game ended and I am in support of DLC to give alternate endings, but this is too much. In my opinion this game, even with it's flaws, is the best in the trilogy. I wrote my review on there to help. Review bombing isn't the way to go about this, writing Bioware and starting petitions is the right way.

I still hold trust in BW, it's wavering but I still trust them. I didn't play DA2 so that's probably why.

DA2 was way worse then its predecessor. Unlike ME3, which I enjoyed until the end, DA2 changed alot of the aspects of the game, and not in a good way. I'll still probably end up getting DA3 when it comes out, hoping that the Warden from the first game will come back and fix everything

Perhaps the reviews would go up if those at Bioware that should be engaging the fans said something, even if it's "sorry guys, these are the endings we wanted to create"

Saying nothing at all is what is causing this, I wouldn't blame those who legitimately feel cheated by the way it ends and are expressing it in a the only way that they feel it will reach the company's ears.

This is not the way to go about it, its bad for BioWare who are a fantastic company. And ME series has been so good and ME3 is amazing besides last 10mins. Its hardly fair 

And i hate the god damn ending but lets not be stupid here

Honestly, that's the best metaphor that I can think of to make you understand why we won't give in to this appeasement argument.

Will BioWare have to spend some of the money that we paid them (at least $60 each) to fix a broken ending? Yes.

You're claiming that they won't have enough to stay in business, which is both wrong and irrelevant. If they won't commit the resources to shore up the the trust that their customer base has in them, then they've already doomed themselves.

It's stuff like this that makes so much of the game SO GREAT. This is why so many of us are asking for a new ending in DLC. First, it is still an option, keeping the current endings in play for those who want it. Second, it gives the rest of us the chance to continue laughing at drunk Tali (among so many other things) without dreading the ending

FO3, on the PC, now, is fantastic. I still play it all the time. Before the Broken Steel DLC... it made me sad.

Yes, really. You just lumped people who are satisfied with people who are dissatisfied. Be specific. Only time will tell what Bioware was thinking with the endings and anything else that dissapointed people. I've made my peace, reserving my judgement with the game as a whole. 

This coming from someone who thought very positive of the game. Thank you very much.

ME3 was a fun game until the last 10 minutes...easily becoming a favorite of mine despite minor bugs I'm sure they will squash with a patch, and that could be ignored because the story was engrossing. After finishing the game, I have no desire to continue my other ME saves.

In response to those stating that folks are wrong for voicing their displeasure in the ending on Amazon or wherever and "hurting" BioWare, let me remind you these are the SAME rabid fans that have used their word of mouth internet posting to sing the praises of BioWare that have undoubtedly HELPED sales in the past. If they buy the product and find it distasteful, they have every right to complain.

FO3 left almost as bad a taste in my mouth as the ending to ME3... what the hell is it with all the games with 3 in them always being FUBAR'd?

I must be weird or something. For 41:15 it was the best game I've ever played. I thought it successfully combined the best features of ME1 and ME2. And then the last 10 minutes seemed strange. Although I kind of like mind-bending stuff, so it was okay, even if it wasn't exactly what I wanted or expected. Still, if I reviewed it, I'd probably give the game a 9.6. I've already started my replay, and I'm already getting an urge to play through the entire trilogy yet again.

But as it turns out that I'm supposed to hate it and say it ruined the franchise and give it zero scores all over the place.  Even though I loved the game right up to the wacky part.

To be honest it really doesn't.  Most of the game is worth a 10, but the ending is worth a 0.

It destroyed not only a game, but an entire franchise.  Ya I had 20 hours of fun, but I can also never play a mass effect game again, and ive been furious for the past couple days.  That negativy is just as important as the fun I had playing it.

The end result is ME3 is one of the worst games ive ever played.
