Yesterday the game ran fine, I meet all the requirements and all my drivers are up to date. Today, where there is white or highlights i see nothing but a mass of red pixels. The game can still be played but it gives you a headache after a while. Ive tried to find things on the forums but cant find anything. Is there a fix for this or am I just boned out of my money for a game thats jacked up.

I had a similar issue where things were going all red and was getting some pixelation.
Was a problem with Windows 7 having corrupted my nVidia drivers. I booted in safemode, uninstalled the drivers, then used driver sweeper to remove anything left behind. Restarted normally then installed the most recent drivers and it's running fine now. EVGA (maker of my card) said there's a known issue with Windows Vista/7 and nVidia cards that contain an HDMI output where the audio drivers get corrupted and mess up the whole install. When I installed this time I did not install the HD audio drivers (don't use the HDMI output anyways) and then went into device manager and disabled the nVidia HD audio as well.
When posting about video issues would be helpful to post the actual specs on your rig. What OS, what vid card, what version of the drivers, etc.

Yeah, make sure other games are running fine, or run a 3D benchmark or something -- I had some ATI cards where "random red pixels" was basically a sign of VRAM corruption, the card lasted about a week before dying entirely. If it's just that game, it's probably a driver issue.
