I've been looking through several Sentinel build-topics here, and wanted to post my own as well. I've just started him in ME2 so I have a versatile char for ME3 (already finished that with my Adept, which was great fun!).

Here's what I had in mind:

Throw Field 4
Warp 2 (or 1)
Assault Armor 4
Area Overload 4
Cryo Blast 1 (or 0, see Warp)
Guardian 4
Tungsten Ammo 4

That has me spending 50 points at lvl 30, if I'm correct (since we always start out with 1 point in Throw + 1 in Bonus Power). I might do Warp 2 points, or leave it at 1 and put the other point in Cro Blast for that extra CC, what say you?

Next, my bonus weapon. I'll choose the AR on the derelict reaper, and pick the Mattock; nice from far, nice at midrange. I've never really been a fan of Shotguns, so I won't bother picking them now ;)

Yeah, I picked AP ammo as bonus because sentinel already has too many powers to use anyway. You won't go wrong.

Just a note in case you have not played sentinel - when your Assault Armor gets to level 3 - when you reset the tech armor it resets your squadmate cooldowns immediately. If you have squadmates with powerful attacks you can chain them as needed.

Should be fine. I used Tungsten on an assault sentinel as well, for the reasons above.
