I was in contact with two EA Live Chat Game Advisor's and none could help me.

This is the problem I described to them:
If the player owns a copy of Battlefield 3 (which I do) they should see a "Battlefield 3 Pack" in Mass Effect 3's multiplayer store, I don't. I own Battlefield 3 on PC and Mass Effect 3 on Xbox 360, I have them both connected to the same EA/Origin account and both games are activated with an online pass. Why doesn't the Battlefield 3 Pack to show up in the store?

The first live chat was ended randomly after they'd kept me waiting for a long while.
The second live chat was misunderstood at first and ended with "Please be informed that we do not have any official information of this offer please post your issue on the forums.", here I am.

Any help is appreciated.

I have exactly the same issue and would be grateful for any help in solving it.

Edit: Never mind it turns out you only get the Battlefield 3 pack for the format you purchased BF3 - so if you buy BF3 on PC you only get the BF3 pack on the pc copy of ME3 :(

Dammit, first the ME3 ending makes me upset and then this...
Who the hell came up with the idea to make it a platform locked offer?

Person 1: How should we make the BF3 Pack available?
Person 2: Why not screw over the true fans of each series and just make them feel like s**t.
Person 1: Sounds like a good idea, you're promoted!

Mass Effect started on Xbox 360 - Makes sense that I'd buy ME3 on there too, to be able to keep all my saves.
Battlefield started on PC - Makes sense that I'd buy BF3 on PC for many reasons.

Same problem, I tweeted the issue to @MassEffect but didn't get a response. I would imagine this will get fixed fairly soon.

Same problem here. BF3:LE for PC, N7 ME3 for 360.

Where did you hear this from? If it's true that really sucks.

Was that information ever confirmed?

EDIT - NVM, Twitter post says it's not cross platform.

Really? I've been messaging with EA support since ME3 launch about this exact issue and was never told it wasn't cross platform. This also doesn't make sense since I still got early multiplayer access for ME3 on Xbox 360 though I own Battlefield 3 for the PC. There's definitely an association between the two platforms, so I don't see why they'd cause the bonus to be exclusive to same-platform games. I'm still awaiting a response from EA support on this.

That's because EA's support doesn't know a single thing about the products they "support".

It's not cross platform. Initially, people were calling EA support number and they were manually doing it for people. Unfortunately, I got some guy on the phone who was rude and a bit of an [expletive] and he wouldn't do it. When I called back, the guys all said that they weren't doing it anymore and it was a mistake. So power to the people who did it at the beginning and got away with it, unfortunately it screwed everyone else over.

If you have proof it was force-added to people's accounts then you should be raising that with support also. They'll have logs for each help request, and will be able to identify anyone granted it in error.
