I was playing in a multiplayer match on mass effect 3, when i was running low on health and hit the Right on the D-pad. My health equipment item went from 2 to -1 and stayed that way. After the match was completed my characters were relocked. My rocket, revive, and ammo equiment is disabled during matches now. I for some reason have gained 200+ health equipment items. I have no idea how to fix this.

I have encountered the exact same problem. Opened a topic on it too, but so far I haven't gotten any help. This seriously breaks the MP when you can't use tools the developers intended on you being able to use.

Seems like it's too common for comfort. I too had this happen to me and I don't plan on playing online until they fix this bug...

EA Online Chat tech support said they can't help and that the developers are looking into it. I was devastated to see all my spectre packs that I unlocked vanish in the blink of an eye.

yeah tech support told me to post it on the ea stuff then ea said its not an origin problem so kinda wasted my time looks like just have to wait for a patch lame

Same thing happened to me. All my characters, weapons and equipment reset. Its obvious I have(had) them as under the infiltrator class it still have my level as if I had my other characters and on my weapons it has the attachments from before but they don't have have an effect in-game (It says I have a scope attached but there is none in-game) and the option to modify attachments is grayed out.

Of all the companies I expected to ship a broken product Bioware was at the bottom of the list. It's too bad realy, I can't remember the last time I was so disappointed in a game.

found that getting item upgrades gives my items ability to use i them back but only one at a time really lame

I'm cool with the free DLC we got today but still pretty annoyed my **** is still glitched..

Im getting very irritated with multiplayer. I pay for packs with my credits but I don't actually receive the items, and I participate fully in the the weekend operations but either dont get the free packs or don't get what was promised in my free pack. I am trying very very hard not to get frustrated with the whole franchise....

All this glitching )#&% is starting to get annoying. Just finished (read entire party kill on wave 10) silver with 2 invisible banshies, not being able to use supplies, randomly coming out of cover, the revive being hilighted but the button doing nothing even when standing directly over them staring right at them...

yeah, just a little pissed off right now.

Almost forgot to mention, just about every time an objective is completed my game will freeze for 0.5 - 3 seconds. Got killed one tonight because of that. I was off killing enemies when another team member completed a drop, game froze for a couple of seconds and when it came back I was on the ground dead.
