I'd say Liara's is the most rewarding. Miranda and Ashley are both good I'm not sure which I like more.

For my canon mshep...Kaidan without a doubt. My colonist/sole survivor finally let his self barriers down and was treated to a beautiful and emotive romance with Mr. Alenko.
The downside is that Kaidan has spoilt my desire to play through and experience any of the other romances...

I have only played with my Liara romance Shepard(s) at this point. That romance was perfect for me. You can tell they love each other. I can't comment on Tali, Kaidan, or Ash yet. Not played those.

Liara(male for me) or Tali(because she is adorable) has the most feel and aww into it. Both are so romantic *sigh* lol

Gotta show some support for Tali, she's just so cute through the romance in ME2 when she gets nervous and even moreso when in ME3 on Rannoch. plus i really want to see the vas Normandy household after the war. Hahahah

Of the ones I've seen (Garrus, Youtubed Tali and Ashley), definitely Garrus. However, I'm extremely biased, so there's no way I'd choose anyone else.

Gaddamnit, Thane. I don't care. I'm clinging to this.
....Ok, maybe Garrus. No one else gets a damn dipsmooch.
Exactly.
Would have appreciated some Vega though.

Kaidan's was pretty sweet, even though I hate him..but at the same time can't resist tapping that.
Damn.
Looking forward to getting my Garrus romance playthrough going after I've fully recovered from all that just went down in my first game. The friendship with him was pretty awesome so I'm hoping the romance is as well.

I started my Garrus romance and somehow Kaidan hijacked it. So have to start over.

Maleshep and kaidan... it just happened by mistake on my part too and boy did I enjoy the love story
. Like some I waited two games for this to happen. It was worth the wait

Garrus wins for me! Others have said this but I love the way it evolves from a friendship, to awkward inter-species flirting, to loving partners. Also since you recruit him early in all three games you get to spend a lot of time with him.
And we did get that dip kiss on the top of the presidium

I've tried all the possible male LI's, and Garrus definitely has the most satisfying, meaningful, and cutest. I felt like with all the others it was wayyy too sappy or forced, and it felt like it was written by clueless neckbeards. With Garrus, probably since he's been there from the beginning, it's like the perfect gradual relationship from acquaintances, to friends, to best friends, to friends with benefits, to established lovers, to soulmates. I think the Garrus romance must have been written by witty, down-to-Earth females, or if it was actually written by males, I'd love to meet them, hah.

Garrus. It was the first romance in a bioware game I didn't sit through with that sort of, "oh god this is so awkward" look on my face. It really felt like they were a functioning [/highly competent] couple.

Kaidan or Liara. I loved her 'friendship' arc in Mass Effect 3 although I haven't done the romance. Male Kaidan is just stellar though, perhaps in part because it wasn't the "OMG SHEP I ALWEYS LUVED U" I thought it would be.

liara's was the most indepth I thought since it was involved over 3 games
as much as liked ashley in me1, she was angry at you in me2 and still angry at you for like half the game in me3 over cerberus which kind of killed the mood.

The most satisfying romance was FemShep's right hand while she fantasized about Miranda, Ashley and Samantha.
