I really did, and actually I like Grunt better than Wrex, go ahead and shoot me.  To me Grunt felt like me adopted Krogan child that I helped raise, and it was very satisfying during the Rachni mission to have Grunt save me and my crews life.  And when Grunt died it felt like my Shepard had lost a child and it was really sad, and then after shedding a couple tears he comes out alive and from one second im really sad the next im overjoyed.

Grunt is a really good character in my opinion that hasn't gotten much credit, I guess its because like Wrex said, "It's because I don't kiss as well." (He told that to me when he didn't have a window when he was on the Normandy and Liara did)

Grunt sends you a letter? I only got Wrex's so far :(

I was really happy when he came out of the muck tunnel, all bloodied but happy. It felt like he finally found a purpose and place among the Krogans.

Yeah I got one, I think you might only get it if you save Arlakh Company and kill the Rachni queen.

*raises hand* I very much liked Grunt in ME3. Honestly, I didn't care for him in ME2, but he grew on me so much in ME3, he's now like a son to my Shep! :D A very big and violent son xD

I liked Wrex more but when Grunt came out alive from the tunnels, I was very happy since *SPOILER ALERT* Mordin recently died and I was already sad enough.

Even shed a manly tear for Grunt coming out alive.

Nothing compared against the tears I had to shed for Mordin. At least he died like a true hero ...

He's a great character and his role in ME3 is good. I was a bit sad towards the end of his mission, thinking that he was going down with one heck of a fight! Then to my surprise, covered in blood, he emerges from the depths of darkness!

There's no hating Grunt. No negativity towards Grunt. NOTHING on Grunt but good stuff.

...Steve Blum has that effect. And Im damn happy about that.

Also, yes. Grunt sends you a letter he "attempts" to type while drunk. Friggin hilarious.

Unless you sided with the Salarians...if anyone does that, I'm calling them a douche. But judging from your comment, you probably didn't, I didn't cry the first time, I went back and watched it on youtube and I did shed some tears. *Spoiler warning* Then I watched Thane's death, Kolyat saying that the prayer was for me gave me some tears.

Man, I loved Grunt. Yelling down from the top of that chasm, "Shep, you alright?" Then again I really liked Grunt in 2.

Grunt's role was well done in ME3. But I expected no less.

Besides, Grunt makes Chuck Norris look like a pus*y. Grunt is just that awesome. Those Rachni husks didn't stand a chance.

GRUNT FOR PREZ IN 2012.

Grunt's laugh is a creepy awesome cross between a giddy little kid and an axe crazy violent psychopath.

This sounds awesome. Can someone post what the letter says or a link to it?

I liked Grunt a lot. I do wish he died if you chose to save the rachni queen. I was tearing up when he seemed to have died; it was a good death... but then he appeared for, like, two seconds, alive. It was kind of deflating. And unlike every other ME2 character, I don't think you got a chance to meet up with him at the Citadel after his quest (you can still talk to him on Earth, though).

I loved Grunt to itty bitty bits in ME2, and I love him even more in ME3. Seeing my little krogan duckie all grown up was awesome.

I love Grunt and Wrex equally. I just love Krogans in general, they're so awesome.

Grunt is great because he is just a violent child. HIlarious.

However Wrex has a dark sarcasm and a more complicated personality (for a krogan), which makes him a better character imo.

Grunt felt.. likeable but like Diet Wrex in ME2...

..then he makes a huge Serenity/Firefly shout-out, makes a stand to make Wrex proud, returns with his silver armor PAINTED RED IN THE BLOOD OF HIS FOES.. and then just quips as he passes out about something to eat.

..our little guy is all grown up, and standing beside Wrex in proving the Krogan as the greatest race in the MEverse (and as they're motly all great in their ways.. )for TUCHANKA!)

*SPOILERS*
I will try to post it here in a bit. You get this letter only if you saved Aralakh company and killed the Rachni queen.

Grunt grew up is what I thought in ME3. He was a complete badass in that "hold the line" type of fight fighting the rachni. Cried almost because I grew to like him through ME2 and 3 then saw him limp out (like a boss by the way) and was completely happy. Sure the company loss was eeh to me but if he stayed dead...that would have affected me more then Legions death (who I rate as 2nd compared to Mordin)
