Customer Satisfaction Strategy ?

I work for a large software company, not a gaming one but
we develop software. That is on millions of desktops globally.

If my company had 33,000 complaints (I actually think the
number of aggravated customers is higher than the poll we have here) about
an issue in one of our products I can tell you the customer base would be addressed
and a resolution would be expedited.

Gaming software companies seem to have a different approach
to customer satisfaction, ignore them it will pass?


My company would be out of business with this approach or teh compitition would eat us alive. It’s
unfortunate this topic (disappointing endings) cannot get some feedback from
the company. And some acknowledgement that the customer may be right in this
case.

I loved this game and loved 95% of ME3, the shallow disconnected
ending(s) did not meet what me (customer) was sold, it’s incomplete.
