Ashley and I have had our rough spots in the relationship, but I forgave her for pointing a gun at me. I forgave her when she didn't believe me on Horizon. She would never cheat on me. I trust her to point a gun at Joker if he tries to make a move on her, or at least break every bone in his fragile body.

I trust her to point a gun at Joker if he tries to make a move on her, or at least break every bone in his fragile body.
Fair enough, maybe she would cheat on you first, but could you say the same after a year stranded on the jungle world? 2 years? five years? TEN years?
They cannot escape, so the natural choice would be for them to attemt to colonize the world if the do not starve, hence reprocriate.

Good point. Has anyone thought that maybe the ending scene, after the credits, with the old man talking to the child is on the jungle planet that the crew was stranded on? And that maybe Shepards LI and Joker did have little fragile babies? I doubt that it could be that way for a femshep if you chose Kaidan as a LI or if you got the ending with Joker and Edi on the jungle planet, but think about it.

In fact all of the events of Mass Effect can be traced back to Joker's evil plan to have Shepard find an LI so he can steal them! Curse you Joker, you devious mastermind!
