Haven't been able to connect to the ea server all day. I keep trying... and nothing. The fixes listed in this thread seem ridiculous. I am wishing that they had a functional server status page, and from the sounds of it, a better customer support.

I've tried deleting my host file, I've triple checked my fire wall, I've rebooted. I've tried my laptop, I've tried logging out of origin, I've tried the minimization technique. Nothing seems to work. It's really odd that I can't even log on with my laptop either...

It worked fine for me until about late yesterday/today morning.
No, it's not my internet connection - I can run lotro just fine - nor is it any setting on my laptop. As I said, it worked fine until more or less yesterday evening. Sometimes I manage to connect to multiplayer, but then I get disconnected halfway through.

Today I've been disconnected over and over, and one time it was in wave 9. It's very upsetting that all the xp and money from about 20 minutes of game go to waste just because of some unstable server connection.

I have been having this problem ever since Mass Effect 3 came out (that's the earliest time I can remember playing a game requiring logging in to your EA account). Now Bad Company 2, Dead Space 2, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3 will not let me connect to the EA servers. Is EA/BioWare performing maintenance on the servers or something?

I'm having the same issue. Worked perfectly fine last night. Today, the Mass Effect 3 servers apparently decided to take a break. Can't play because I've got From Ashes installed.

Apparently it started working now, after I reinstalled Origin. Not sure if that's the solution, or if it's a coincidence.

Heh, it went better for a while then happened to me again in wave 10 in what was possibly the best score I've achieved yet in multiplayer.

I won't be holding my breath for DA3 at this rate. :\\

This post is to inform you that multiple EA services, including Origin, will be undergoing maintenance from 10:00 p.m. on July 18th through 1:30 a.m. PT on July 19th. Origin will only be available in Offline Mode during this time. This means that the multiplayer portions of Origin games, such as Battlefield 3 and Mass Effect 3, will be not be playable until after maintenance concludes. Single-player play modes will be unaffected.

While we understand that this is an inconvenience for those of you that wish to play multiplayer, scheduled maintenance periods allow Origin to improve and prepare for bigger changes in the weeks and months ahead.

Finally, if you make a purchase during the maintenance window, please note that it may take longer than usual for you to receive your game. All orders will be placed into a queue during maintenance and fulfilled once the outage has ended.

During this maintenance window, the following services will be unavailable:

So, I think I need to adjust the clock... But how time zone (Terminus, Attican Traverse)?

Ok is nearly 2 weks that i can't connect to the EA servers. There is same one of the ea or Bioware that can explain what to do or what is happening?!
