So after I finished the game, watched the ending, I let the credits roll, then I watched epilogue, after that I get a short message regarding my completion of the game, then I press the A button and the screen goes black forever.

After an hour of waiting I decided to take out the disc, and restart the final mission, I chose a different ending and I still get that black screen of death at the end.

Is there a solution to this?, because the game doesn't recognize I finished it, because when I go to new game there isn't an option to import my ME3 previous playthrough to start my second playthrough with my bonuses, etc.

Are we supposed to get a new game+ option here?

It happened to me too.

I thought maybe it was because I installed the game to my hard drive. Removed it from my hard drive, played straight off the disc and still the same.

I really hope they this fix this soon. It's quite major for those who want to enjoy the game again.

i just reported this also! i hope it gets fixed it i am dying to free roam around and talk to my crew etc.
