No it doesn't. It merely states that there are a lot of assumptions. While it's not a flat out "it's fake!", it's still a far cry from "yes, it's all true."

Frankly if I had to choose between maps and new races, I'd go for the maps. The 6 maps in ME3 really isn't alot. Unless there will be maps aswell with this DLC.

I don't see how it would work Geth vs. Geth? I know some people would be same colors as Geth enemies just to confuse you. But if it's true, I'll use them because I love Tech classes and the Geth.

Also the friendlies have a blue aura around them.

I don't understand the Asari Justicar -- and that makes me think this is all fake. The passive for the Asari Adept IS already an Asari Justicar, so why would BioWare give it it's own class -- and what class would it even be?

I wanted some human nonarmored vanguard and adept. The jack model is int here not being used... I'm sure later people will be able to model swap if friends have that change too.. just looking at the files. I'd rather officially buy what I just said though, but if they do't fix multiplayer it won't matter.
