I have a quest where I found Renold's journal and I have to return to the collective for a reward. Where is the collective?

There's a mage's collective outside the tavern at Lake Calenhad docks and there's also one in the Denerim marketplace area. Could be some place more too, but if so, I can't remember where that should be

redcliffe village by the docks I believe, is another collective site - after the battles(village and castle) blackguards, chantry and collective are represented in the village.
