We have make major headway with Bioware's Mass Effect twitter. Every tweet I see is acknowledging fan disappointment. It's absolutely wonderful and relieving to see this. It definitely gives me hope, and what's even better is we have helped many children along the way.

I've had faith in BioWare responding to this eventually. My only worry is that it'll prove too technically difficult or costly for them to rewrite/extend the ending - I honestly think they'll do everything they can to sort things out though. Unless EA get in the way.

Plus $41 k is totally bonkers. Hoodathunkit?

Started a second playthrough to place more strategic saves before key moments and finally fixed my Shep's face! It's like getting an old friend back. I missed her my first playthrough but was too excited to sit at the CC to get her just right.

Did they release a patch?

Sounds like catgirl did what I did; spend several hours looking at multiple photos and measuring distances between points on the face to ensure the bone structure was correct, playing the opening sequence repeatedly to see how she looks in motion and in different lighting, noting mistakes and restarting the game to make adjustments accordingly. Then downloaded TexMod to fix the makeup issue.

.....Hmmm, perhaps not exactly what I did. :P

We have to stand together and keep pushing and tell them that we refuse story dlc that is going to be made irrelevant by these awful endings. Hold the line.

Lol, almost but not quite as painstakingly. Plus I'm on 360 so no mods for me. Anyways, I meant to post that on the Kaidan thread, but apparently I didn't learn my lesson from the last time this happened.

Status Report: $41888.64 and counting!

I know some folk didn't like the ending of ME3, but what was a good moment in ME3 for you? Were there any? What did we get right?"

I informed him that the ending was the ONLY fault. That everything else was perfect.

Yep. That would have been my response as well.

Yeah I mean I know we want our displeasure heard, but I don't want them to think we hated the game. That's actually why many are so angry. We loved it so much that to get what we got at the end seemed horribly sub-par.

I tweeted.

'Everything else was beautiful, IMO. Cheering, crying, a tattoo planned, money set aside for merch. Then the ending. :['

ETA: Closing in on 42k!

Really, it's a fair question... there's alot of very specific feedback out there, true, but it's also buried within a bunch of "OMG!! Teh end iz teh suxx0rz!!!!!!1eleven!!!2" posts out there in various places.  Asking people for specific feedback at least gives them a better chance of cutting down on signal/noise problems.

Yep, just told Chris that everything was perfect about the game, except for the ending. Unless this indoctrination theory is true, lol.
