Federal Trade Comission.  Basically he is claiming EA/BioWare practised false advertising and he decided to go the US government to complain about it.

Oh. Let him do his thing. I prefer to stay here where we channel our negative emotions into positive, world changing things.

Its not just him.  He getting quite a bit of support.  Trying to urge them to withdraw the complaints but nobody's paying attention.

They've decide to break the line and attack.

Lol. When I first read this I though that you meant someone was filing an FTC against the charity.  And I was like, pft, no big deal. Yeah, if this guy has ANY supporters..this could get very ugly.  Let's rally as a community and try to bring some peace to the boards.  Get out there redirect the rage.  Hold the line, friends.

Couldn't sleep right away..still awake...too much caffeine...!
Oh for the love of god....please common sense prevail...withdraw the damn complaints..!
There are more then enough reasons for the complaints to be laughed out of the system with..!
(Not saying I support Bioware.)

BTW This is what one of the journos warned about this protest would go sour due to factions and in-fighting.

Yeah I know.  I think I know who it was too.  Some guy with a geth prime avatar who is bitter his game can't start and is being massively entertained by this.

Wow, what an over-reaction. I hope the FTC shuts him down, I personally don't think it's that
egregious. It will only generate bad press and cause grief for Bioware.

This kind of stuff is going to happen all around us for the remainder of the "debate" over the endings.

I just want to remind everyone here that we have chosen the better path. I've felt better about myself since joining this thread and I don't even bother reading the other ones anymore.

We have a long road till April 11th (the end of the charity drive) and we will have pitfalls like this one to deal with. We have to look to our "leaders" Captain Kirrahe, Commander Shepard - and others - to not let these internal politics and silliness get in the way of continuing to do what is right.

They sell product in the US so they can.  I doubt the FTC will do anything but this is not good for what we have been trying to do.
