They sell product in the US so they can. I doubt the FTC will do anything but this is not good for what we have been trying to do.

Yeah trying to put out fires. But just as the charity took a life of it's own, I'm afraid the FTC group are going to get really going too as more and more people act on emotions and not on thought.

Even though I don't know any of you... I think I love you guys... Before I found this threat, whenever I thought of ME3 and it's ending, I became angry, sad and frustrated. But now I decide to pay the line a visit whenever I can, read as many posts as I can and enjoy the awesome pictures, banners, videos and articles people from within this group create or find. Many many posts are so touching, I can barely hold some tears back... and I'm usually nowhere near a crybaby... Seeing the donations rise is also great and makes me feel incredibly good.
So thanks for everyone holding the line... for the children... and everyone else who found others, thinking alike, when they felt confused and somewhat betrayed after finishing the game.

Unfortunatly very true. Now we may have an ace in our hole here, there filing the suit against BIOWARE. It is a Canadian company which means, FTC has no real authority over them, it likely wont' get more than a few minutes in before it's thrown on it's head. Now if they had a way to go after EA we'd be in a lot of trouble but still, sliver of hope.
Hold the line everyone, remember why were here and the good we've done, let your head rule, not your heart as much as it hurts.
