Yeah trying to put out fires. But just as the charity took a life of it's own, I'm afraid the FTC group are going to get really going too as more and more people act on emotions and not on thought.
Unfortunatly very true. Now we may have an ace in our hole here, there filing the suit against BIOWARE. It is a Canadian company which means, FTC has no real authority over them, it likely wont' get more than a few minutes in before it's thrown on it's head. Now if they had a way to go after EA we'd be in a lot of trouble but still, sliver of hope.
Hold the line everyone, remember why were here and the good we've done, let your head rule, not your heart as much as it hurts.

It will in all likelyhood get thrown out but BioWare does business in the US and that means they are responsible for following US laws and regulations.
It is his right to file this complaint. Doesn't mean its the good thing to do though.
