Single person as far as we know.

It is not a lawsuit.  It is a complaint about bad business practices to the Federal Trade Comission.  Specifically he is angry over what he claims to be false advertising.

Yeah, and considering that one of the biggest complaints is that we were "lied to" about the number of possible endings, etc., etc., I can almost understand where the filer is coming from.

It is of course super important to make sure that Retake Mass Effect distances themselves from his actions, because they're absolutely counter-productive and I wish that he had never done it, but I understand his emotions. All his feels.

He just did a really silly thing to cope with his feels.

He should have just donated some more money to Child's Play.

Yep. That's what I love about being here. All the negativity that was eating me up - is now channeled into something positive that I feel great about.

On Monday, people asked me, "How was your weekend?"
"Eh... I was depressed for most of it..." (didn't go into details - no one at work really cares )

On Tuesday, "How are you today?"
"FANTASTIC!"

lol its not a trucck its a brand new dutch drill rig lol. we got it off the truck and blam. he raged for a while but he held the line. btw hes a huge me fan lol

More people are claiming to be filing complaints now. To the FTC and the BBB (Better Business Bureau). The BBB is more of a consumer advice thing though.

It should never be thet ime, not except in the most extreme cases. While they have no leg to stand on as said before, this will bring bad PR. But my guess..is the bad PR will come from those bashing us already, those who have praised/sided with us, are smart enough to do real research and will see rapidly that we are not affilated with them.

This reminds me of someting my mom once told me. I used to say to my mom  when crossing the street "But pedestrians have the right of way, they have to stop!"

"That's not going to do you any good when a few tons of metal barrels through your guts at 60 miles an hour"

Ok sure wasn't that grisly about it but just because you have the right, doesn't mean somethings a good idea.
