I just made a $1000 donation, though it is not currently showing up.

Figure my money may as well go to a good cause with the fed squandering its value anyway.

Thanks so much for that! And thanks to everyone else who is donating and holding the line! :P

I think the larger donations take some time to clear... Like the bank waits until they get a response from the site or something. Not exactly sure, but that could be why it isn't showing up right away.

Remember, whether you donate a penny to drive OneRabidAnt crazy, or like this, or - just help keep our spirits up here in the thread and support each other - you held the line!

From earlier in this thread... I forget who wrote it originally Posted Image

We all know the mission and what is at stake...

I have come to trust each of you with my emotions, but I have also heard murmurs of discontent with the Mass Effect endings. I share your concerns. We are trained for playing single player RPG video games; we would be loners, if not for this community.

Flaming in forum threads is not our way.

Think of our heroes, Commander Shepard, who defied all odds to acheive the impossible. Or the slowly emerging Positive press articles, who keep the trolls away with facts and logic.
These giants do not seem to add to our voice here, but they are not all that we are.
Before the charity drive, there was frustration. Before the frustration, we witnessed the "Ending".

Our influence brought us together to do something wonderful, but before that, we held the line!
Our influence stopped the media from calling us "entitled whiners", but before that, we held the line!

Our influence WILL make many children happy; in the battle today, we will

Tis things like this that make holding the line so much easier. Keep at it! I love seeing reworks of epic speeches like this one and this is by far one of the most awesome ones I've seen to date.

Hold The Line, Comrades.

I didn't have much to give, just a few dollars in my paypal account after buying ME3, but I'll try to donate more in a week or two.

I am so glad the community is really making use of the donation drive to voice our disenchantment and simultaneously help children! 58k and rising... we're making Shepard proud :)
I hope it helps Bioware/EA find a reason to listen and we can get an ending that, at the very least, makes sense within the universe that has been presented to us throughout the games...

Hold the line! :)

All the donations are awesome, but everyone remember to mail their letters to Bioware today. Address information is on the Facebook page, I think. Almost 36,000 likes on Facebook. If we could have half that many letters arrive on Bioware's doorstep, it would make a big statement. It only took me like 15 minutes to write mine, it's not a big time commitment. Also, read up on the postage requirements for mailing to Canada, also on Facebook. Hold the line.

EDIT: Had to post a quote from the site

I haven't played Mass Effect 3, I just don't like Colin Moriarty of IGN. Hold the line
