Since things are slowing down a bit I think our next two milestones are $70,000k (nice round number) and $70,246.80 which would be 2% of the total Child's Play raised last year.

Reasonable goals are always a good thing, especially since I was already jumping up and down in utter glee just from breaching the 5.000$ mark....

While I was sitting checking out the Facebook page the number of likes literally jumped by 115.
Looks like alot more people just finished the game

That article from earlier today referred to on the Retake site... I don't get what their problem is. The ending sucks. Change it. Don't throw an extended "After the crappy ending, these things happen..." DLC together and expect people to like it."

I think the problem here is that *some* people at Bioware have invested a little too much of themselves in the ending of the game, and the thought that a significant and vocal percentage of the client base don't like the ending just causes them to dig in their heels and close their ears. In short, they're demonstrating the very same attitude their supporters accuse everyone else of.

The smart money is to give the client base what they want. After all, if they gamble on a post-crappy-ending DLC and it bombs, their client base will not only start deserting them, but word of mouth will probably spread at that point, costing them even more. This is a *very* risky gamble on their part. If they're going to release content to appease angry fans anyway, why not make it the content they want?
