So caught up with the complete Thread finally....

First of: thanks again to everyone for holding the Line, Rosery for collecting new Ideas, Melicamp for the great Medal, Mr. Woo for keeping this Thread in line and Open (even while losing sleep) and to everyone else for keeping your positive attitude.

Now a final Statement from me in light of the recent developments.

As UN said, this is a resounding success. Not because we made BioWare give in to our demands (as some Journalists seem to put it), but because we reached our initial goal and went further than anyone could have expected. We channeled our Disappointment and allowed Child's Play to provide help to children who need it most.

I plead everyone who reads this not to take the things they read outside of this Thread at facevalue, but to look at the complete Statements that have been issued. Tycho and Jamie made it quite clear that they asked us to bring this Drive to a close, because there were many people either misunderstanding our Intentions or thinking that Child's Play is directly affiliated with our movement.
I think they want to avoid setting a precedent that they are actively supporting Movements like ours. Again this is due to the growing amount of misunderstandings they had to face over the course of this.

I am as sad as everyone else, that we are misunderstood in many places around the web or that some people want their donated money back.
(Which is not only due to people confusing our Drive with a Kickstarter, as mentioned time and time again these last hours. Tycho's Statement clearly differentiates between people asking if the Drive is to fund a new ending and the one's issueing a paypal payback.)

We have held the Line up until now, and we will keep on doing so.

I love many of the Ideas being brought up until now, even though I am not what you would call gifted in creating pieces of Art. But this is exactly what we need now, something that positively motivates us to hold the Line!

Alright guys but work calls me away at long last and I won't be back for awhile. So in keeping with all that's been said. Hold The Line. Keep coming up with ideas and working together, we can't rest on our laurels here, we've won a small victory but the war contiunes and must stand proud and tall if we want to win it all. The site Eirilith linked seems solid, though I find it confusing at the moment but I'm distracted pretty bad. I will see you all in a few hours, let me say again how proud I am of everyone.

i might be up for that later. have work to do though.

also glad to see things have calmed down quite a bit from last night, not sure if my 2 cents helped any but regardless good to see new ideas coming up.

I personally either play infiltrator, engineer, or sentinel without the tech armor. Occasionally I feel like doing an adapt.

RoseryOgers, my origin name on PC, I wish I could play with all you XBox people, but alas Sony are a bunch of ****s, so no cross plateforming here, le sad face.

Should also say that I am not GREAT but I'm pretty good, haven't done gold yet but thats cause I don't relish random pugs with no voice on something that requires coordination.

Feel free to use this thread for the whole finding people to do stuff with, but lets not forget why were here, The endings. I think the Deviant Art idea is very good, did someone already make a Retake thing on DA? If so I need a link ASAP so I can start advertising, but any other ideas PLEASE throw them at us.

Also everyone, it looks like the art/story/poster contest is going to be a-go, assuming I get a go ahead from the Deviant art groups leader, just contacted her. I think it will give us a good channel until we can get something bigger in the works and give you all something to focus on.
