I don't know how artistic I really am, but I'll whip somehting up - anyone know where I can get the Mass Effect font and/or good poster pics of Kirrahe?

I don't expect to have the page running before tomorrow, I want to be sure I set things up correctly and need to get a response from the charity coordinator in that regard. Hopefully things will move pretty fast once I get that confirmation.

Whenever you can Unique, just the knowledge that this is coming will do wonders. And it makes me feel better about myself and our fight, that while struggling against impossible odds, we can do good win or lose. Gods I feel like Shepard haha, how sad is that.

Unique and Rosery - thanks for organizing this. It's a wonderful idea.
Count on me to help out. I usually donate 10% of my paycheck to charities, no problem donating that 10% to this cause. (and next month's 10% and next month's and so on. )

Love the idea of Kirrahe as mascot.

This one looks pretty good.  During his speech I think.  I'll look around for the font.

Hah, not sad at all.  I personally feel like I just punched up Adrenaline Rush, cause this is a bit outside my normal forum behavior   I think it just speaks to how much we love these stories.

I hope Bioware sees it the same way then, Unique. Yet even if they don't, someone said something in the Mega thread I'd like to mimic towards you and everyone supporting this movement, as I cannot write something so amazing myself:

I couldn't pick a better crew to serve with. You people have united the internet. We've gone from a small band with no hope, to a fighting chance. The odds are stacked against us, but we'll stick to our ideals.

This is a smart move either way. Its publicity for our plight + were donating for a very good cause. You can at least spare $1 and who knows, maybe BioWare will crack and provide the alt ending for free. (although I doubt EA will approve)

Check my balance first but definately something I'd like to do. Spent more actually cash rather then credit I was expecting too because of the game thing.

Surpised OP doesn't mention the link between a good ending and the charity. Even though children aren't the most suitable groups to play ME maybe some of the Older ones do, at the same time outside the charity those older and also playing the game going though some bad things on various scales, could do with a bit more hope, like you said "overcoming impossible odds" which they've turned round and gone, no it's hopeless to. There's plenty of things out there right now to make you remember how bad things can get, a hobby for many to relax shouldn't be trying to shove it down your throat too after 3 games.

I'll donate to this, thank you and well done for coming up with the idea. Who knew this outstanding (for 99% of it) loved game would have so many parallels with our own cause.

"We fight or We Die" Is a good analogy, in a way...we are all embodying our Shepard, one final fight for the fate of the Galaxy, one final push. If we win this, we get the ending and Shepard gets to finally win and know, know inside that she died or sacrificed people for the greater good. And if we lose...well we die then for nothing don't we.
