wow absolutely amazing, congratulations guys, what a seriously worthy cause this is, I wonder if we are still going to be referred to as whiny and demanding when there is so much sincerity and good will here. The givers of this community and the people that arranged this should be very proud. P.S Donated.

You can most surely count me in! I may have not money to donate, I'm sorry, things are hard these days, but I don't believe anyone could have put it the way you did. We, the gaming community and Mass Effect Hardcore fans, all agree that the ending did not gave us the sense of ''mission accomplished'' or the sense of ''we did it, now I can live with you Tali(my case, put whatever person you want here lol)''. This ideia is brilliant in the sense that we might at least receive an alternate ending in which we get to kill all the reapers, Earth is saved, everyone survives including you and you get to stay with wichever one you want. I gotta say, kill commander Shepard, is probably one of the worst endings ever, and i don't even want to talk about the mass relays destruction. That's just my 2 cents for the talk ^^.

I say don't contact any sites. If they find out about it, cool, but that pulls things farther away from being about the charity and more about our rage again. I think we should be past that at this point and proud we are just coming together and channeling our emotions into something good.

I agree we should not this slide into a rage topic, but I think the more its promoted the more people will join up.

Ten thousand. In a day. Less than a day.

Wow people, just... wow. This is amazing. I don't even know what to say. We took all our anger, frustration and sadness, and turned it into something positive and beautiful.
I can't even make a snarky comment right now... I hope I'm not getting sick

Pretty sure Shepard is saluting us right now
:crying:
Ah damn, now I'm feeling all mushy. You never want to see a fat Swabian guy get emotional, it's not a pretty sight.
Thanks people. For everything ;)

Well congratulations to the organizers and everyone who's contributed.

I know I only gave a small amount compared to some really generous folks around here. But i'm getting a smile on my face thinking of how many hours of entertainment this money can buy for kids who are stuck in the hospital.

Most of us were fortunate enough to not have to spend a lot of time in a kids' hospital but some family members were not so fortunate so I know a bit about endless hours.

So here's to kids having fun.

... Now I want a gif of FemShep saluting us for our $10k donation. That's what I want the ending to be. Forget the Reapers. Have FemShep walk into a Child's Play office and drop 100k credits on their counter. Best ending ever.

Donating to this charity has really helped me feel loads better. I hope that some day a child can come to love games/gaming just as much as I do. And thinking that makes things sooo much better. And congratulations guys! I'm glad something so great can come out of this.

It's not about the amount my friend, its about doing something right with all of our rage and dispponitment, even those who can't donate are contributing simply by supporting us.

Almost at 10K. I have so say, I'm utterly stunned.

I'm so glad that we could take this negative rage and make an awesome Paragon action out of it.

Has anyone reported on it?
