Wow, there are journalist like Ben Kuchera from penny arcade which criticize this donation and let implementation thats its for personal gain...
Check him out at @BenKuchera at twitter, he is really that pathetic, i wonder how these " men" have the right to call our movement ,childish, whinny or whatever.
Say what you will, but raising $25k to help sick children is worth being called a couple of stupid names. It's his loss if he can't see the value in it.
Quoted for great wisdom and truth.
The sad thing is that " these guys" are the ones asking us to trust them when it comes to gaming, they live thanks to gamers yet they cannot even see how gamers fight for better gaming future, otherwise god knows what crap companies would sell.

ME3 donates $25,000+ in 24 hours to Child's Play
No, outrage over the failed endings fueled the donations, on top of the 10K gift from Commander Shepard. All ME3 delivered was a poor ending.

Just did a spit-take upon refreshing the page. Gawd damn.
Should have been here it early this morning. Someone dropped a full grand on it.
Did you miss the 10 grand the came out of no where not thirty minutes ago? If so, someone donated 10 grand about a half an hour ago, and floored us all.
I wonder who that was.
Speculation puts it at someone anonymous for BioWare, Felicia Day, Seth Green or Jennifer Hale. But really no one knows.

He just called us classy
"Okay, one last tweet about it. This is very classy. Way to go, guys. http://retakemasseff...ect-childs-play"
I don't know what to think.
I can't help but think that he saw that and said "Oh Sh*t, that's PA's charity. I should shut up now." But maybe he really did have a change of heart, and at any rate, he's really helping to promote us!

I always thought it was kind of corny, using the "Hold the line!" phrase...but we've raised over $25,000. Just proves that every little bit (from $5, $10, to $10,000) helps. After seeing these totals, raising $20 doesn't seem like enough for me, after all.
So, I'll say it, and I don't feel like a super nerd (well, I do, but hey, we super nerds just did something completely unexpected)
Hold the line!

This. Even if we don't get our happy ending, even if Bioware says "Nope, not getting it", we all can know that our little "outrage" raised $25,000 for charity.
They can call us elitist, entitled gamers all they want. These elitist, entitled gamers just probably did something no one thought a small group of disgruntled fans could do.
They can't take away what we did.

I am not sure if anyone else did this, but I emailed the News rooms at Good Morning American, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, FOX News, BBC News, Forbes, and the different gaming websites. I am not sure if this will help, but maybe someone will pick up this up because 24,000 dollars in 24 hours is a big deal from a bunch of gamers.
If anyone else wants to do this too.. then just google then and go down to their contacts.
Could you provide the emails? That might make it happen quicker.
