Is there any way to reduce the weight of your weapons? All im carrying is javiks particle rifle and the n7 valiant but the assault rifle is apparently really heavy. what can i do?

Upgrading your weapons will make them lighter.
You can also upgrade your carrying capacity by leveling up certain skills in your power trees.

The only weapon that has weight mods are SMGs. Plus everthing Shopper said.
